Nimir Chemcoats Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as an unlisted public limited company on 22 December 2020, purposely formed to acquire the construction chemical business of Chem Coats (Private) Limited, a company owned by Packages Group. Later, in January 2021, the majority stake in the company was acquired by Nimir group. Nimir Chemcoats Limited is a third manufacturing company and is a valuable addition to Nimir’s product portfolio.
