Mr. Muhammad Saeed uz Zaman
Chairman
Mr. Saeed-uz-Zaman holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore. He has extensive experience in senior management positions both in public and private sectors. Saeed served as CEO in different Nimir group companies for more than ten years. He retired from Nimir group in 2007. Before joining Nimir, he held various senior positions in SNGPL and his last position was Senior General Manager. He is well versed with chemical and energy sector.
Mr. Zafar Mahmood
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Zafar is a result-oriented professional with strong management, business and financial skills. He stands with 33 years of experience. He is a fellow of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan since 1991.
Mr. Khalid Mumtaz Qazi
Director – Head of Treasury & Administration
Mr. Khalid Qazi holds master degree in Business Administration. During his almost 33 years stay with the group, he has worked in various areas of finance, supply chain and administration of the Company.
Mr. Umar Iqbal
Director – Head of Technical
Mr. Umar is a chemical engineer with master degree in business administration. He has vast techno commercial experience and responsible for overall technical management of the group. He has been with the group for last 33 years.
Mr. Javaid Bashir Sheikh
Independent Director
Mr. Javaid B. Sheikh has experience of more than 45 years of various Banks/DFIs. He possesses MBA Degree from USA and Certified Director form ICAP. He is a senior partner in a Lahore based consulting firm. He has vast experience of investment and development banking and is well known in commercial and corporate network. He also holds membership of Privatization Commission, Pakistan.
Mrs. Humaira Shazia

Mrs. Humaira, MBA from Punjab University 1982-1984. Has an extensive experience in various leadership roles. A well-rounded professional having skills, expertise and experience in driving business growth and profitability, she worked as CEO with DIC Pakistan Limited & StarchPack (Pvt.) Limited, with over 37 years of experience in the Packages Group, including 13 years in FMCG marketing and sales.

Mian Saqib Anjum

Mr. Saqib after completing his Master in Business Administration from Cardiff University in year 2008-2010 started his career with Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited (NCPL) at present is working as Director Technical and serving the NCPL for the last 14 years. He is on the Board of Directors of A.T.S Synthetic (Pvt.) Limited and other group companies.
Mr. Abdul Jaleel Shaikh

Abdul Jaleel Shaikh is Group Head with Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited – Karachi. He carries diversified experience in project management & civil engineering, corporate finance, credit administration, human resource management and general administration. Jaleel worked for ten years in Saudi Arabia before joining Saudi Pak Industrial & Agricultural Investment Company (SAPICO) where he remained twenty years and was a key member of the senior management team involved in all strategic business decisions. He represented SAPICO on the boards of Saudi Pak Commercial Bank, Saudi Pak Insurance Company, Fecto Cement Co. Ltd. and Japan Power Generation Co. Ltd

Muhammad Yahya Khan is a business executive having sound experience of commodities trading and import/export. He has also experience of indenting. He has a vast experience in the general commodities and other products trading, adding to his credentials is a hands-on experience of the corporate agricultural farming and capital markets as investor.
