Mr. Khalid Siddiq Tirmizey

Mr. Khalid S. Tirmizey has over 31 years’ experience in banking industry, including as qualified proven chief executive with experience of over 21 years in The Bank of Punjab and Fayal Bank Limited. Overseeing and enhancing fiscal profitability, managing strategic and operations leadership with optimal personnel management. Highly focused, self-driven, sets aims and targets with total dedication to maintain a reputation built on quality, service and unwavering ethics. Highly knowledgeable of banking regulations and compliance that resonate with the best interests of all stake holders including customers, employees and the public.
Mr. Zafar Mahmood
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Zafar is a result oriented professional with strong management, business and financial skills. He stands with 30 years of experience. He is a fellow of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan since 1991.
Mr. Khalid Mumtaz Qazi
Executive Director
Mr. Khalid Qazi holds master degree in Business Administration. During his almost 32 years stay with the group, he has worked in various areas of finance, supply chain and administration of the company.
Mr. Muhammad Yahya Khan
Non-Executive Director
Muhammad Yahya Khan is a businessman having sound experience of commodities trading and import/export. He has also experience of indenting. He is the Chief Executive of MYK (Pvt.) Limited, a Company engaged in the general commodities and other products trading, adding to his credentials is a hands on experience of the corporate agro farming and capital markets as investor. He is representing minority interest on the board of directors of the company.
Mr. Shahzeb Khalid
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Shahzeb holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Brown University, U.S.A., completed in May 2016. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Venup, a software services company specializing in multidimensional databases using SQL and Visual Studio, web development, and mobile application development. He has nine (9) years of experience in the relevant field.
Mr. Muhammad Ali
Independent Director
Syed Muhammad Ali is serving as Chairman Board of Directors of PTPL. He is also the Chairman of Procurement Committee. He holds bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UET, Lahore and graduated in Advanced Management Program from INSEAD, France. He has over 20 years of experience and expertise in energy & petrochemical sectors. He has been holding leading roles overseeing development, construction, operations and management of mega size projects. At present, he is working as MD Saphire Wind Power Company. He is also serving as an independent director on the Board of QATPL.
Previously, served as CEO of Habibullah Coastal Power, Engro Vopak Terminal, Engro Elengy Terminal and Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited. He has remained Board member of Hub Power Company (1292 MW oil-fired IPP), Laraib Energy (84MW Hydro power IPP), Engro Powergen (developer and majority shareholder of Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company a Thar coal mining company), Engro Powergen Thar Limited (660MW coal IPP), GEL Nigeria (84MW Nigerian IPP) and Petroleum Institute of Pakistan.
Mrs. Nazia Qureshi

Nazia Qureshi, is a banking professional, holding a Masters degree in Business Administration. She started her career in the financial sector about 23 years ago with Deutsche Bank AG. After working there for over four years, she moved to Habib Bank Limited to bring diversity to her experience; where she remained a part of the Corporate team for almost 19 years.
She has a vast experience of working in Corporate and Investment Banking Group, Transaction Banking and Operations Department. She has a diverse knowledge of handling various sectors like Textiles, Paper and Paper Products, Packaging, Feeds and Edible Oil, Fertilizer, Power Generation, FMCGs and Pharmaceutical to name a few. She is well versed in the field of Corporate Banking Relationship Management, encompassing structuring to execution of simple to highly complicated syndicated financing transactions. She is also voluntarily working on the Board of charity organisations aiming to provide educational support to needy and poor children.
Mrs. Mahnoor Mansoor Jawaid

Mrs. Mahnoor Mansoor Jawaid holds a B.S in Chemicals Engineering from LUMS, completed in June 2023. She is presently working as Manager Technical in Rodulf Pakistan Private Limited as lead developer of new products. Also worked at Coca Cola Company as production executive, she had two and half year experience in the relevant field.

Mr. Imran has over 30 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing and has held various senior management position in ICI Pakistan Limited and Monsanto Pakistan prior to joining Nimir.
Mr. Umar Iqbal

Mr. Umar is a chemical engineer with master degree in business administration. He has vast techno commercial experience and responsible for overall technical management of the group. He has been with the group for last 30 years.
Mr. Aamir Jamil
Head of Accounts, Corporate & Information Technology
Mr. Aamir is a fellow of the Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan and has diversified experience of working in various disciplines of accountancy, financial planning and budgeting, taxation and corporate affairs. His stay with the group lasts over 25 years.
